Steamfitters Local 449 will be hosting the Grand Opening for our new Union Offices and Event Center. We broke ground for the facility in November 2020 and moved into the new building February 2022. We are proud and committed to the future success of the union and are pleased that we can celebrate this achievement together.
All members and families are welcome to attend.

The event will be catered by our amazing inhouse team. The Ken Walker Band will be there playing live music. For the kids, there will be face painting, a balloon artist, and a bouncy house.
Raffles Every Hour
We will also be holding raffles every hour for a $1,000 Visa gift card. At 4 PM we will have a final drawing with the Grand Prize of BOTH a $1,000 Visa gift card and $1,000 cash. You must be present to win the Grand Prize.
