On June 4, 2022, Local 449 welcomed its members, family and friends in an open house to ring in the milestone of the Steamfitters Local 449 Offices and Event Center. The facility will serve as an expanded office space and also as a space to celebrate anyone’s personal milestones.

During the open house, members celebrated by dancing to live music while kids’ faces were painted, playing in a bounce house and witnessing the creativity of balloon animals coming to life. It was a big day for Steamfitters 449, including raffle winnings, great company and food.

Whether celebrating a personal milestone such as a wedding or hosting a corporate event, Steamfitters 449’s full-service 8,000 sq. ft. facility and event team are here to craft the perfect occasion.
